Hotel Information

Since the Daytona 500 is on Sunday, February 16, 2025, our discounted rates cannot be extended beyond our convention dates. For anyone wanting to attend the Daytona 500 and extend their stay, please note that starting with the night of Thursday, February 13, the hotel is requiring a 4 night minimum stay.

Our headquarter hotel is once again the fabulous Daytona Grande Oceanfront Resort, located just a few blocks from the Ocean Center Convention Center. A Shuttle bus will be available throughout the days of the Convention & Expo or enjoy the easy walk. The Daytona Grande brings seaside elegance to the World's Most Famous Beach. The Grande offers luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites, a gourmet restaurant overlooking the beach and an oceanfront resort pool with direct access to the beach and an array of first-class services.

$219 Single/Double Occupancy Rooms plus applicable taxes.
One and two bedroom suites with kitchenettes are also available for $269 and $369 plus applicable taxes.
Room rates are inclusive of daily Resort charge.
This rate is available until cut-off date of Friday, January 17, 2025 or until our room block is filled.
Traditionally, we do sell out our hotel block before the cut off date so make your reservations early.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean or Intracoastal Waterway.
The 1-bedroom suite is a great option for entertaining clients; The refreshment bar has a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. This suite is only $50 more than a standard guest room and has stunning views!
The 2-bedroom is perfect to share with multiple people as each bedroom has a private bathroom. The shared suite ‘living room’ also has a pull out sofa, large screen TV, refreshment bar with full-size refrigerator, coffee make and microwave. If multiple people share this 2 bedroom suite and split the cost, it is very economical!

This rate is available until cut-off date of Friday, January 17, 2025 or until our room block is filled. Traditionally, we do sell out our hotel block before the cut off date so make your reservations early. Pay close attention to the cancelation policy if you need to cancel your reservation. It is a very busy week for hotels in Daytona since the Daytona 500 is the weekend after our convention. Be sure to make your reservation early to ensure you have accommodations.

SPFA ADVISORY

You may receive electronic mail solicitations from various companies seeking to help you book room reservations for the 2025 SprayFoam Convention & Expo. Please note that none of these companies are in any manner affiliated with or authorized by SPFA to solicit hotel reservations on its behalf. Some may include language referencing the 2025 Convention and/or SPFA that may lead you to believe the company is somehow connected with the SPFA or the Convention. Nothing could be further from the truth. We ask that you ignore any of these unauthorized solicitations you may receive. SPFA has negotiated tirelessly with the selected convention hotels in Daytona Beach to secure a more than sufficient room block at very favorable rates for 2025 SprayFoam Convention & Expo attendees, exhibitors and sponsors. Using an unauthorized outside booking service to secure a room outside the room block in the SPFA’s selected hotels is at your own risk. SprayFoam 2025 (SF25) Convention & Expo is the only organized event that focuses exclusively on the spray polyurethane foam (SPF) industry. It is taking place February 9-12, 2025 at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a potential SprayFoam 2025 speaker, you will gain recognition and exposure to the SPF industry from around the world.

Most of our topics will be in the traditional format of 45 minute educational presentations that include 5 - 10 minutes of Q&A from industry experts on the following topics:

Please note: Consistent with past policy, SPFA does not reimburse travel expenses for breakout session speakers.

Key Information:

All breakout sessions are 45 minutes, please allow for 5-10 minutes of Q&A.
All presentations must be educational in nature and cannot promote the presenter's products or services.
PPT Presentations will be made available to SF25 Conference attendees.
SPFA reserves the right to record breakout sessions (both video and audio) for future use.
