*Consultant Membership, according to SPFA Bylaws, is defined as “Any corporation, partnership and sole proprietorship shall be eligible for Consultant Membership in the Alliance provided it does not process, distribute, market, or apply SPF or related materials. The majority of the business must consist of consulting services including inspections; educational programs; engineering studies and calculations; research; expert witness activities; specifications; project management; product testing and other related services. No more than 10% of business activity may consist of the sale, marketing, distribution, manufacture, or installation of SPF products, assemblies or equipment.
